Commissioning Manager

Role Purpose
Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering the full commissioning process to ensure all systems are tested, integrated, and handed over in compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the overall commissioning strategy and schedule
Coordinate commissioning activities across CSA, MEP, BMS, security, and controls
Lead integrated systems testing (IST) and site acceptance testing (SAT)
Manage commissioning documentation, scripts, and reports
Interface with client, contractors, vendors, and operations teams
Ensure commissioning is completed safely and in line with EHS requirements
Support readiness, handover, and operational transition
Key Skills & Experience
Strong background in data centre commissioning
Excellent coordination and leadership skills
Familiar with Tier standards and critical infrastructure
Strong documentation and reporting capability
