Commissioning Consultant

Mechanical Commissioning Consultant in Markham required. The position delivers commissioning services for building mechanical and electrical systems, supports the development of the Service Line at the provincial level, and handles business development in the Markham region and Eastern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct project delivery activities related to Building Commissioning, including LEED-related commissioning, retro-commissioning, and re-commissioning projects.
• Perform extensive site visits for commissioning services in Ottawa area and occasional visits throughout Eastern Canada.
• Attend meetings and coordinate work with interdisciplinary team members (mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, building envelope, specialty services).
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
