Commissioning Agent

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commissioning Agent (CxA) to join our remote team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate building commissioning activities to ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems perform according to design intent and owner requirements. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and facility owners to deliver high-performing, energy-efficient buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and documentation
• Review design documents, specifications, and submittals for commission ability
• Coordinate and witness equipment startup, testing, and functional performance testing
• Verify proper operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building automation systems
