Commission-Based Recruitment Partner/ Talent Partner (Freelance / Remote)
We are a growing recruitment firm looking to collaborate with independent recruiters, HR professionals, and business connectors who can bring active hiring requirements from their company or network.
What we’re looking for
- Individuals who can share live hiring requirements/ roles to be filled
- Strong network with startups, SMEs, corporates, or founders
- Experience in recruitment, HR, business development, or talent acquisition is a plus
How it works
- You share validated hiring requirements
- 40% commission paid to you upon successful placement & fee collection
Commission Structure
- 40% of the recruitment fee
- No cap on earnings
- Commission paid per successful closure
