About the Role

InterContinental Adelaide is looking for a **Part Time Commis Chef** with a passion and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond. You'll prepare various dishes, mainly for our Riverside Kitchen.
**Your Day to Day:**
+ Assist in the Preperation and production of high-quality dishes across a variety of outlets including a la carte, buffet, and banquets
+ Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste ensuring mise en place and service requiremnets are met
+ Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and HACCP requiremnets
+ Work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistency
+ Contribute to menu development, daily specials and new dish ideas
