Job Summary:
Overview:
 (WDAJ) focuses on bolstering Disney’s premium brand through active engagement with Oriental Land Company (OLC) in the licensing relationship for Tokyo Disney Resort (TDR).
The Commercial Strategy Division supports OLC on strategy across several functional areas: Attractions and Entertainment (A&E) Menu, Marketing, Pricing & Yield management, New Experiences and Go to Market strategies
The Commercial Strategy Manager role represents a well-rounded experience across experience, product and pricing growth strategies, a dynamic opportunity to deepen both functional expertise and influential capacity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Across functional areas (A&E Menu, New experiences, Pricing & Yield), participate in and exercise influence on strategic & planning processes
Leverage other Disney Parks’s experiences, combined with local data (GSM, Target audiences insights) and key local strategic priorities...
