In this position you will exercise your strengths in facilitating adult learning through designing, implementing, and measuring a broad range of sales learning programs. Your natural ability in relationship building will build collaboration cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, marketing, agronomy, and human resources.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support and implement sales learning initiatives and programs aligned with key area sales objectives. Training categories include customer prospecting, selling skills, buying behaviors, sales information, systems, and cross-selling.
+ Work directly with Commercial Unit leaders and Sales Managers to identify, assess, and prioritize learning needs within designated commercial unit.
