Commercial Property Manager

Our Surrey based property management client is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team.

**Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 - $120,000**

Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of commercial buildings
• Oversee and provide daily direction to the Facility Managers, Building Engineers and Operators
• Partake in walkthroughs and inspections of tenanted spaces
• Perform showings for existing and prospective tenants
• Work regularly with senior management and brokers to ensure all listings and marketing materials and programs are up-to-date
• Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, including semi-annual and annual tenders for all properties to ensure that they are competitive
