Responsibilities
You will lead and coordinate all commercial and financial activities required to prepare a sound business case for the investment decision, including:
Development and oversight of project financial models and profitability analyses
Project controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Commercial management of supplier contracts and negotiations, including guarantees and securities
Structuring and securing project financing in line with shareholder requirements
Proactive risk and opportunity management using a structured risk register and ongoing contingency reviews
Management of commodity-related risks
Building and maintaining effective collaboration across the project organization, internal departments, and shareholder representatives
