About the Role
Responsibilities:
To manage, monitor and ensure effective service delivery and to ensure that all requests (New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Certificates) are booked and issued within defined SLA. To ensure that all requests are issued as per internal guidelines / policies (Processes, Memos, Email Instructions, logging of customer complaints, tracker of error and any other).
