Maple Reinders Constructors is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in construction contracting and bid management. The successful candidate will join our Major Projects team and have the opportunity to work on exciting Civil and ICI projects. This role will support and lead the commercial and contractual aspects of project pursuits, ensuring risks are effectively managed and opportunities are maximized. The Commercial Manager will play a key role in contract reviews, design services agreements, and the development of winning proposals. The role also involves assisting the Design and Bid Proposal Managers with prequalification submittals and proposal development and production for public and private entities, supporting responses to requests for pre-qualifications, requests for information, and proposals.
