Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially strong finance leader for a short-term and part-time consulting engagement to support a small, privately owned food manufacturing business.
The Role
This is a hands-on consulting role suited to someone who enjoys building structure, improving visibility and delivering practical financial clarity in an SME environment. You will work directly with decision-makers and be focused on establishing a robust, practical and commercially meaningful set of monthly management accounts to support the owners in making informed operational and strategic decisions. The deliverables of your role will include the following.
Design and implement a fit-for-purpose monthly management reporting pack Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports Develop clear gross margin reporting by product line Implement inventory and COGS reconciliation processes...
