Commercial Manager

About the Role

As Commercial Manager, you must continually and critically monitor the procurement and commercial aspects of their projects and determine strategies and actions to mitigate commercial risk and protect profit margins. Furthermore, working collaboratively with the project teams, the Commercial Manager is responsible for providing input in finding opportunities through value engineering, programme logic and procurement decisions amongst other things, to enhance project profitability.

Working within projects, the Commercial Manager is responsible for liaising with Project Leads to ascertain information and provide accurate and timely submission of commercial information to enable the project monthly reports, to meet finance deadlines. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing cash flow and cost to complete forecasting for all projects.
