Our client is a retail Agency servicing the state of Mississippi. Responsibilities:

Commercial insurance customer service skills including:

• AMS 360 Management System Preferred
• Answering Inquiries
• Issuing payments
• Quoting and issuing policies and endorsements
• Exceptional phone skills
• Brokering ancillary lines of business
• Manage relationships between carriers and agents
