We currently have an opportunity for an Estimator with a background in Commercial Construction, ideally with project values from $500k to $30 million. Our Estimator would be from a construction back-round that has progressed their career within Commercial Construction or Interiors. With clients from local Government to Private Schools and Churches this Mackay Construction company is firmly engraved into the area and has a fantastic reputation.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Adhere to health and safety regulation always and company safety systems and policies
* Comply to site safety rules to minimise work related accidents and injuries
* Send out tender quote requests and review quotes
* Preparation of project requirement/ risk registers
* Source local pricing
* Upon award, complete procurement register
* Use of company software Databuild, BlueBeam & Procore
