The Commercial Director will provide a portfolio-wide commercial and supply chain advisory leadership across Major Projects West projects, ensuring disciplined contract formation, robust change management, design governance, and effective subcontract execution. The role acts as a trusted advisor to project leadership, driving standards, and building capability without direct day-to-day project ownership. What You'll Do Here:
Advisory & Commercial Leadership
Act as senior advisor to Project Directors and Commercial Managers/Directors on commercial strategy and risk. Provide independent challenge on high-risk projects, major changes, and disputes. Support complex client negotiations and claims strategy. Contract Formation & Governance
Guide prime contract review, negotiation, and setup. Ensure effective contract administration frameworks (notices, change, claims). Promote consistency in commercial practices and risk allocation....
