The Opportunity

 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to support our Commercial Insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.
Key Responsibilities
Process and administer commercial policies, including new business, renewals, and endorsements

Review policy documentation for accuracy and follow up with insurers on any discrepancies

Prepare and send client correspondence, including policy documents and coverage updates

Support brokers by identifying and communicating any changes in coverage

Manage invoicing and policy activities within internal systems

Download and organize policy documents and maintain accurate client files
