Commercial Contracting Specialist (Tendering)

• Manage the full end‑to‑end commercial contracting process, covering pre‑award, award, and post‑award stages.
• Review, analyse, and manage complex EPC commercial contracts (200+ pages) with high attention to detail.
• Identify key contractual terms, risks, and clauses critical to the business.
• Work closely with the Bidding and Legal teams to develop, refine, and structure contract documents, including RFQs and RFPs.
• Engage with clients regularly (2-3 meetings per week) to clarify requirements, negotiate terms, and drive commercial outcomes.
• Ensure all contract agreements align with company policies, project requirements, and commercial strategy.
• Maintain clear documentation, tracking, and follow-up across the contracting workflow.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance commercial processes and documentation frameworks.
