About the Role
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial documentation, contracts, and records.
Prepare quotations, PRs, GRNs, invoices, and cost sheets.
Support tender documentation and subcontractor coordination.
Maintain data in CAFM/ERP systems and prepare reports.
Track expenses, budget updates, and approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce.
2–4 years commercial/admin experience (FM/Construction preferred).Consulting experience.
Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
Knowledge of CAFM/ERP is an advantage.
