Command Center Operator

Job Summary:
The Command Center Operator monitors CCTV surveillance and door access systems to ensure facility, employee, and visitor safety. Responsibilities include observing live and recorded video feeds, managing access requests, responding to alarms, and reporting incidents following security procedures. Reports to the Command Center / CCTV Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds and review recorded footage.
• Operate and manage door access control, granting or restricting access as authorized.
• Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and notifications.
• Document and report suspicious activities, security incidents, or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs of incidents, access activities, and system events.
• Report system malfunctions or connectivity issues.
• Assist investigations by retrieving CCTV footage and access records.
