Role Overview
The
Collections Specialist
is responsible in managing Social Security Administration (SSA) Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) accounts receivable, maintaining SSA contacts, analyzing fee-related correspondence, and supporting collections in alignment with client contracts.

Main Responsibilities
