About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist for a long-term contract role in Edmonton, Alberta. In this position, you will manage aged accounts receivable and implement effective collection strategies while maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage aged AR and develop client payment plans
Conduct professional, soft collection calls
Escalate unresolved accounts as needed
Monitor accounts and reduce delinquency rates
Process AR invoices and track payments in Shopify
Perform B2B collections, focusing on distributor accounts
Maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and tact
Update records using Excel
Collaborate with team members to improve processes
Ensure compliance with company policies
