**A Day in the Life**:- Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and consumer.
- Researches and finds a solution for customer's disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status and delinquency.
