Collection Associate

As a Collection Associate, your primary responsibility is to achieve collection targets while complying with BSP guidelines and other relevant rules and regulations.

Proactively contact costumers with current and past-dues accounts to follow up on payments and negotiate repayment arrangements.

Utilize email and SMS to communicate with customers regarding payment reminders, overdue balances, and other collection- related matters.

You'll also monitor your productivity and follow team strategies for improved performance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION:

• College Degree
• Telemarketing or tele-collections, Collections operations, and customer service is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Great understanding of the product or services offered and billing structures.
• Basic Computer skills
