Collection Associate

Job Description:

A Collections Associate handles tenant and property owner payments, monitors outstanding balances, and ensures timely collection of condo dues and other payments. They are involved in preparing payment information, and potentially managing PTP (Promise to Pay) accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively collecting payments from tenants and property owners for rent, condo dues, and other charges.
• Tracking and managing outstanding balances to identify and address late or missed payments.
• Potentially involved in preparing and issuing invoices for various charges.
• Receiving and processing payments, ensuring accuracy and proper application to accounts.
