Reporting to: Team Leader - Collection

As a Collection Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of incoming payments, timely conversion of customer's delivery receipts, and reconciliation of customer accounts in order to improve the company's cash flow, while maintaining proper documentation and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensures accuracy, completeness and timely conversion and transmittal of collection documents to streamline the collection process according to company policies and standards.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records required to facilitate/streamline the collection process according to company policies and standards.
