About the Role
The Collaboration and Productivity team at Millennium manages e-mail, chat, mobility and M365 services globally. We are looking for a strong consultant candidate to provide operational and administrative support for our services with a strong focus on automation. Must be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment both independently and in a team setting.
Principal Responsibilities:
Provide operational and administrative support for the Collaboration infrastructure
Monitor and analyze system health, capacity and performance
Leverage ServiceNow to fulfill end user requests and resolve incidents
Work closely with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues
Analyze and improve processes through automation and workflows
