Cold Caller/Lead Generation Specialist

Our client is a real estate investment company looking for two proactive specialists to support their property acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for contacting property sellers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments to help secure off-market property deals.

Schedule

• Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break) | Mountain Standard Time (Colorado)
• Permanent work from home

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to property sellers using provided lists to generate leads for off-market properties
• Qualify leads and complete intake forms with seller information for interested prospects
• Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the acquisition team
