Role Overview

We are hiring a motivated Cold Caller to support our sales and growth efforts by reaching out to ecommerce business owners, starting conversations, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and excited by performance based growth.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a provided list of ecommerce business leads
• Introduce Buildout Digital clearly and professionally
• Qualify prospects using a simple call script and criteria
• Book meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
• Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and appointments in our CRM
• Meet daily and weekly call and booking targets
• Continuously improve call performance through feedback and training
