Role Summary: The Coding Team Lead supports production coders through quality reviews, audit processes, workflow stabilization, and handling first-line escalations, while maintaining an active coding workload. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance within the revenue cycle. It requires strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to support coder development through feedback and communication. Note: This is not a managerial position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform production medical coding across required specialties
• Conduct internal quality reviews, including spot-checks and trend-based audits
• Validate correct CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and modifier usage
