OVERVIEW
The position is responsible for the operation of the CNC machine, programming, and design of electrode using CAD-CAM software. To support the fabrication of spare parts, jigs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To do machining using CNC milling of spare parts for tooling and repair projects. Make parts that conforms to dimensional tolerances as specified in the drawing. To do programming using CAM programs. To keep and update inventory on tools, accessories and instrument used on CNC milling machine. To do machining of jigs and fixtures. To design electrode using 3D CAD software. To be responsible of the safety and maintenance of the machines and tools in the tool room especially CNC milling machine. To be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping 5’S proper teamwork and coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance of the company’s rul...
