CNC Systems Support Engineer

CNC Systems Support Engineer or Integrated Support Engineer (CNC & IT)
Location: Reynosa / Mexicali
Shift: Day shift (with future expansion to dual shifts)
Reports to: Maintenance Department (with indirect/dotted lines to IT for collaboration)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first‑line support for CNC machinery issues, diagnosing and resolving faults.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on uptime and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT to perform system integration, backup/restore, data logging, and remote diagnostics.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support, upgrades, escalations and resource optimization.
• Work with operations to make internal setting adjustments and to resolve technical issues or escalations to higher Tier.
