CNC Setter/Operator

(JOB DESCRIPTION)

• Interpret technical drawing and performing machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
• Operate and produce parts as per drawing specification.
• Execute basic machine maintenance.
• Maintain and update machine tooling and equipment inventory.
• Perform failure analysis on failed product, identify root cause, implement preventive measures and immediate recovery action.
• Review and improvise manufacturing process to achieve quality and efficiency improvement.
• Fully air-con and dust free environment.
• Responsible for any other related duties assigned by the Management.

(REQUIREMENTS)

• Candidate with semiconductor industry experience in operating Milling CNC Machines preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with machining knowledge.
• Possess good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills.
