CNC Operator/Setter

Job Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Alternating Shifts

Early’s 06:00am – 14:00pm Monday to Thursday, 06:00am – 11:00am Fridays

Afternoons 14:00pm – 22:00pm Monday to Thursday, 11:00am – 16:00pm

Position Overview

We are seeking multiple skilled and experienced CNC Operators and Setters to join our precision engineering team at Parker Precision. The roles are responsible for ensuring efficient workflow through the CNC department, supporting production requirements, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance. The successful candidates will be involved in setting, operating, and maintaining CNC machines while working collaboratively with the CNC Team Leader and Senior Management.

• Liaise with the CNC Team Leader and management to understand and execute production plans and scheduling requirements.
• Undertake CNC machining tasks as delegated by the CNC Team Leader and/or Senior Management.
