**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description**
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for loading parts, performing offsets, and inspecting the finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload parts onto CNC machines.
+ Perform machine offsets to ensure precision in product manufacturing.
+ Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
+ Maintain CNC machines and report any issues or malfunctions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CNC machines, specifically mills.
+ Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.
+ Capability to lift up to 35 lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with both CNC mills and lathes is advantageous.
