CNC Operator

1.Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently

2.work with engineering and CAM programming department to develop, and improve CNC Programs

3.Design and aid in the fabrication of fixturing for parts of varying complexity.

4.Advise supervisor and programming team of technical advancements to increase production.

5.Operate machines to produce production runs of parts.

6.Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System.

7.Monitor and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor.

8.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff.

9.Offer proper support and service to the supervisor

1. An associate's degree in manufacturing technology or a CNC Certification.
2. 3-5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills, with exposure to fixture design.
