CNC Miller Setter Operator

Job Role: CNC Miller Setter Operator (VMC)

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £14 - £20 per hour (depending on experience and shift)

Metalis are currently working with a very well established business in Sheffield, who are looking for 2x CNC Millers (VMC) to join their team.

Job Duties:

Set and operate VMC 3 axis milling machines
Read and work from engineering drawings
Meet production output targets
Ensure parts meet the correct quality standards and specifications
Run multiple machines simultaneously
Work to tight tolerances
Run and modify existing programmes and offsets

Job Requirements:

Apprentice Trained or 3-5 years' minimum experience
CNC Milling (VMC) experience
Experience running multiple machines
Experience within a steel machining environment

Salary, Shift & Benefit:

£14 - £20 per annum (depending on experience and shift)
