**Job Overview**
Sets up machine tools, fabricates, assembles, maintains, and tests machinery and equipment for experimental purposes as per the established machining procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on CNC machines to ensure maximum uptime.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot **mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults** .
+ Maintain and repair **servo drives, motors, encoders, and automation systems** .
+ Track, monitor, and report **maintenance KPIs** (machine downtime, MTTR, MTBF, preventive maintenance compliance, etc.).
+ Assist in **machine installation, commissioning, and start-up activities** .
