Job Title: CNC Mill/Turn Setter – Nights
Location: Havant, UK
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent 37.5 hrs
Hours: Mon-Weds 21:00-7:00; Thurs 21:00-6:00

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machinery with a hands‑on and safety‑first approach
- Adjust Mazak controls
- Maintain a clean and organised working area in line with 5S principles
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Work to defined process times and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support cross‑training activities and assist in developing team capability
- Flexibly support other machining disciplines when needed
