- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with strong manual lathe capabilities
- Minimum 3–4 years CNC machining experience

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications with high attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Trade qualification in machining preferred
