CNC Engineer

Job Description Position: CNC Engineer     Well Established Singapore Manufacturing MNC Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:15am – 6:00pm) Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM5,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Monthly Transport Allowance of RM50 Provided Annual Increment Based on Performance Review Working Location: Kulai   Outpatient Medical Benefits Provided Duration: Permanent Industry: Manufacturing     Main Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize tool paths and machining sequences to reduce air-cut time and maximize metal removal rates (MRR). Evaluate and implement advanced cutting tool technologies (coatings, geometries and materials) to increase tool life and improve surface finish. Identify opportunities to reduce the cost-per-part through optimized coolant usage, reduced tool breakage, and improved power consumption.
