CNC boring machine specialist-Heidenhain

Overview

For Our client from the Southern Savonia region of Finland we are looking for an energetic and professional CNC boring machine specialist to operate and program horizontal boring machines FEMCO BMC-110 R or WFT 13 L2301 with Heidenhain control.

Responsibilities

• Independent programming, experience with MasterCam
• Tool selection and setting programming, using desktop controls and adjusting settings
• Handle small production runs; pieces up to 4 meters long and heavy
• Work with materials such as black steel, casting blanks, welded steel structures, and iron
• Read and use CAD models provided by customers; machine programming based on CAD data
• Operate with Heidenhain controls is a bonus, not mandatory

Qualifications

• Communicative English or Finnish required
• Ability to handle heavy pieces
• Experience with CAD-based programming is essential
