This position requires deep knowledge of multi-axis CAM programming and a knack for customer interaction. You’ll facilitate onboarding and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they gain optimal value from our technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding new customers and setup processes
• Collaborate with customers to refine machining workflows
• Troubleshoot and support customers both on-site and remotely
