Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Section Head/Technical Team Lead for task assignments, support, and media development-related instructions and content management.
• Provide user support and suggest systems and process improvements.
• Take initiative to ensure movement of project phases.
• Demonstrate technical abilities in CMS platforms such as Coremedia, Strapi, Drupal, or WordPress.
• Evaluate requests for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, required time, compatibility, and dependency on current systems.
• Consult with the Technical/Team Leader to clarify project objectives.
• Formulate a plan outlining steps required for content loading, using structured analysis, and submit it to the Section Head/Technical Team Lead for approval.
