About the Role

This project manager role ensures that L'Oreal China's strategic topics are well enriched with consumer insights. Through this role, we maximize the potential and value of our brands through using consumer insight as the foundation. The job holder will be a key strategic partner providing consumer insight in China to drive company strategic topics' implementation and sustainable growth.
Drive Strategic Projects: You will manage complex consumer research projects from end-to-end. This includes handling ongoing studies (e.g., ad tracking, brand health tracking) and designing and executing ad-hoc projects of various scales on topics such as target audience activation, channel deep dives, and consumer sentiment tracking.
