Cluster Head (Property Management)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or any related field.
• With at least 10 years of experience in property management, handling residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of building management laws, National Building Code, and regulations on safety, emergency evacuation, and environmental protection.
• Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret business documents. Skilled in writing reports, manuals, speeches, and articles.
• Strong communication skills to handle complex inquiries and present information to teams or large groups.
• Knowledge of financial principles, with the ability to calculate figures and prepare financial reports.
