Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in similar roles and 5 years in the IT sector.
- Experience in standard service requests, change management, and provisioning.
- Azure Monitoring: Azure platform, Azure resources, Azure DevOps pipeline events, Azure services such as managed databases, etc.
- Azure Incident Resolution: provide technical support, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
