Job description:
The Lead Managed Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for leading the delivery of proactive and reactive cloud operations services, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. This role provides technical leadership within a managed services model, overseeing operational execution, incident response, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement.
The role acts as a senior escalation point, drives operational standards, and provides technical direction and customer advisory services while coordinating closely with engineering, security, DevOps, and vendor teams.
