About the Role
Responsibilities
The Cloud Specialist is responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing secure and modern cloud infrastructure solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for various clients.
Develop and provide cloud computing services (Platform-as-a-Service or Infrastructure-as-a-Service) suggestions/proposals for SME, Enterprise, and various industry verticals.
Evaluate the requirements, determine actionable tasks and estimates, and provide efforts for business solution build and architecture.
Design and implement robust security protocols within GCP infrastructure, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security (VPC, firewalls), and data encryption (at rest and in transit).
Ensure security compliance and governance by leveraging GCP tools like Security Command Center (SCC) and aligning with security blueprints/best practices (e.g., least privilege access, organizational design).
