**Description**
**PROGRAM OVERVIEW:**
This position supports a large-scale, multi-year federal cloud services program delivering enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and managed services. The program encompasses multiple service level agreements supporting mission-critical federal systems with emphasis on cloud modernization, infrastructure optimization, and operational excellence.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible for the timely execution of contract deliveries, revenue and profit achievement for the program. Manage large-scale federal IT services contract budget with full P&L accountability, ensuring margin and profitability targets are achieved across multiple Service Level Agreements.
+ Responsible for managing the client relationship with federal agency IT leadership, component stakeholders, and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), achieving high levels of client satisfaction across the enterprise.
